Elinor Stutz, CEO of Smooth Salem LLC, a sales training company, has written a guide that is a must-read, especially if you are having trouble finding work in our sluggish economy. She begins by underscoring the fact that the interview is not about you, it’s about how well you can solve the company’s problems.
Her advice can help achieve the right mindset for successful interviewing. Learning techniques to steer the conversation to find out what the company is seeking, and polishing the ability to answer tough questions while handling objections are also important.
